Term and Conditions (With Driver)

1. Free unlimited mileage

2. Free pickup at your hotel or airport in Medan (in the rental periode)

3. These tariffs exclude Fuel/petrol.

4. Driver working 10 hours

5. This cost exclude for driver's meals (based on meal time, such as breakfast, lunch or dinner)

6. Driver accomodation: No cost for Medan, and Rp. 75,000/night for others

Term & Conditions (Self Drive)

1.  International Driving License or Tourist Driving License is required for foreigners, and National Driving License for Indonesian Nationalities.

2. Rental rate is inclusive of full coverage insurance for the Rental Car including any damage, theft of the car or any part of it. Full insurance coverage is subject to Rp. 250.000 own risk excess per accident (if any).

3. Self-driving rental rates are for 24 hours a day. In the event of additional hours, will be charged Rp. 35.000 per-HOUR. If you wish to extend use of the car please inform us not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time, otherwise the car may be pre-booked by another party. If the Party 2 does not inform the rental company, Party 1, more than 48 hours after expiry date and time, the rental company has right to report to the police department that the mentioned car is lost, all risk and act taken by police department will be the renter responsible.

4. he renter will be fully responsible to any damage, theft of the car or part of it, if the car is driven not on the road (e.g. beach, field, etc.).

5. The renter will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other than the renter, in contract.

6. It is not permitted to drive the car to outside the North Sumatra without approval of car rental company

7. Rp.500.000 will be charge it, if you lost the car registration

8. Rp.100.000 will be charge it, if you lost ignition key

9. Rp.200.000 will be charge it, if you lost the tolls
